These Terms apply to every order placed on vesperacollectives.com.
1. Who we are
Vespera Collectives is operated by Bozkurt Enterprise, Brugsesteenweg 56, 8531 Harelbeke, Belgium. VAT number: BE1012.722.956. Email: support@vesperacollectives.com.
2. Products and authenticity
All products sold by Vespera Collectives are 100% authentic, genuine brand products. Vespera Collectives is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands it sells. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We describe products as accurately as possible; colours on screen may vary slightly.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include VAT. Shipping is free on every order. For deliveries outside the European Union, we pay any import duties and taxes ourselves; there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery. Payment is made in full at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Your order
Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
You may cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. After delivery, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Returns must be requested by email first, as described in our Refund Policy. You arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself; that is the only cost of a change-of-mind return. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request; we may wait until we have received the items or proof of return shipment.
7. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to support@vesperacollectives.com. We respond within 14 days. Consumers in Belgium can also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be).
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes will first be settled amicably where possible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
