Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order, to every destination we deliver to. There is no minimum order value, no shipping fee at checkout, and shipping costs are never deducted from a refund.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. During busy periods processing may take slightly longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.
Delivery time
All orders are sent with standard tracked shipping. Estimated delivery is up to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging. Sneakers travel in an outer carton so the original shoe box arrives in good condition.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Email support@vesperacollectives.com with your order number and you will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, you can use your 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy.
VAT, duties and taxes
- European Union: all prices include VAT. There are no customs duties and nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Türkiye, the United States and Canada): we pay any import duties and taxes ourselves. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel is delayed or has not arrived, contact us at support@vesperacollectives.com and we will trace it with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Address information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because it was refused or not collected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
