The details
Processing & delivery
Orders are picked, verified and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes up to 15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive a track & trace link by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also follow it under Track my order.
Customs outside the EU
Within the European Union all prices include VAT. For destinations outside the EU — such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Türkiye, the United States and Canada — we pay any import duties and taxes ourselves. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout or on delivery.
