One simple rule: every order of €35,00 or more ships free, worldwide. Prices in EUR, incl. VAT where applicable — ordering in another currency? The threshold converts at the current exchange rate at checkout.

Processing & delivery
Orders are picked, verified and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–12 days from the moment you order, depending on the destination and carrier.
Tracking
You’ll receive a track & trace link by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also follow it under Track my order.
Customs outside the EU
Orders to non-EU destinations (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Türkiye and others) can be subject to local import duties, set by your customs authority and not included in our prices.
