What your order goes through before it reaches you
You order your item with us!
You place your order with Vespera Collectives. Our delivery time is on average between 5 and 12 days. For very exclusive models, special sizes, or pieces that have not been available in stores for years, this can take up to a maximum of 25 working days.
This is because we source your items through our network across Europe from reliable suppliers. Finding the right pair can sometimes take a little longer — we do our best to make it happen as quickly as possible!
Deal & shipping to us
Once we have found the right pair, we close the deal with the supplier and send a shipping label. The item is then sent to us. This can take several working days, as the supplier needs to ship and we need to receive the package.
Reception & first check-up
When the pair arrives, we prepare it for inspection. For some suppliers, the pair is shipped directly to you — these are trusted partners we have been working with for years and fully rely on.
Authenticity check
When the pair arrives with us, the inspection takes on average 1 to 2 working days. We take the time for each pair. Our experts check everything:

— details and finishing
Everything is carefully checked.
Shipping to you
